Whelk’s popularity is growing in Asian markets, and OCI has just what it takes to deliver on the demand. Our processing facility on Newfoundland’s south coast produces whelk in-shell and meat forms. As with all our products, quality is what matters most, and our facility is both HACCP and QMP approved. We have a close relationship with fish harvesters, providing us (and you!) a consistent supply of raw product.
